FAQ's

  • I'm having trouble logging in  -Try resetting your password and logging in again. If the problem persists email shop@clothingprograms.com for assistance.
  • How Long will my order take? - All orders take approximately 10-15 business days to complete. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
  •  How do I apply my points (allowance) - Your allowance will add automatically when you checkout.  It will appear as a discount with a long alpha numeric sequence.

  • I've Spent my allowance for the year, how can I order items? - Simply choose your items and add them to your cart. Checkout and pay online. 
  • Is Rush service available? -  There is no standard rush service available on uniform/spirit wear orders. Should you require a rush, please contact us at shop@clothingprograms.caand we may be able to accommodate with an item from stock.
  • Where is the pickup location? -  Your order can be picked up at : Directsave. 6792 Wellington Road 34. Cambridge, Ontario. Pickup is available Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 9:00am to 3:30pm
  • I've received my order and there is a problem. What can I do? -Please send us an email to shop@clothingprograms.com with your contact information and specify the problem with your order. 
  • I want to exchange an item. -  To see if your program item is eligible for exchanges please contact shop@clothingprograms.com or your Program Representative
