FAQ's
- I'm having trouble logging in -Try resetting your password and logging in again. If the problem persists email shop@clothingprograms.com for assistance.
- How Long will my order take? - All orders take approximately 10-15 business days to complete. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
- How do I apply my points (allowance) - Your allowance will add automatically when you checkout. It will appear as a discount with a long alpha numeric sequence.

- I've Spent my allowance for the year, how can I order items? - Simply choose your items and add them to your cart. Checkout and pay online.
- Is Rush service available? - There is no standard rush service available on uniform/spirit wear orders. Should you require a rush, please contact us at shop@clothingprograms.caand we may be able to accommodate with an item from stock.
- Where is the pickup location? - Your order can be picked up at : Directsave. 6792 Wellington Road 34. Cambridge, Ontario. Pickup is available Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 9:00am to 3:30pm
- I've received my order and there is a problem. What can I do? -Please send us an email to shop@clothingprograms.com with your contact information and specify the problem with your order.
- I want to exchange an item. - To see if your program item is eligible for exchanges please contact shop@clothingprograms.com or your Program Representative
- I want to return an item. - Due to the custom nature of items, returns are not accepted. Please reach out with any concerns to see if your program item is eligible for an exchanges. Please contact shop@clothingprograms.com or your Program Representative
